The foamed-in-place, CFC-free urethane core of panels is injected as a liquid and fuses to the metal skins, completely filling the interior cavity and creating a solid, monolithic panel. There are no gaps or voids to affect thermal value and no space for moisture, insects or rodents to infiltrate.

Vapor barriers are easily achieved and thermal performance is enhanced since there is no through metal conductance from exterior to interior.

Building with our panels essentially allows for the construction of a closed system since all joints are sealed with either silicone or caulk. Our published thermal values are tested values that are indicative of in-place performance.

Building with insulated panels reduces labor costs while speeding up enclosure construction and completion time. Additionally, panels can be installed even during inclement weather because the products' closed cell urethane core does not absorb water.

Consider all the advantages of building with insulated panels… Outstanding value, not only during construction but also during the life of the building thanks to reduced energy and maintenance costs. Is that not the kind of message that any building owner would like to hear?

Designers of cold-storage warehouses and industrial or commercial buildings prefer pre-fabricated insulated polyurethane panels for their esthetic qualities, thermal value and unequalled structural integrity.

The efficient combination of urethane insulation with interior and exterior steel sheets produces a light weight building material offering superior structural strength. Longer spans can be used without additional support. The strength of our composite panels is greater that that produced by the combined individual pieces of field assembled metal systems.
